THE MANUAL (DIY Tutorial):
Search for matching template (Internet, magazines ...) and prefigure the pen, the desired pattern on the shoe. Peacock feather you get ink out quite well ;).
Coloring with nail polish. I have worked a lot with glitter nail polish, leaving the feathers shimmer beautifully.
